Which event badge should you choose?

Most choices come down to plastic vs paper. Plastic badges are rigid and can be reused for months. Paper badges are plastic-free and recycle with the event's paper waste. Laminated badges sit in between: paper with a thin matte seal.

Production takes 3-4 days depending on material, then your order ships with DHL Express and a tracking code.

Which badge material should I choose for my event?
Match the material to the event. Classic paper suits single-day events, laminated suits multi-day conferences and anything outdoors, durable paper covers multi-day events with a sustainability mandate, and plastic suits credentials you plan to reuse.
If you'd rather judge in hand, order free samples first.
Can I mix badge types in one order?
Yes. Different materials can ship together in one order, but each is priced on its own quantity: 100 laminated and 100 plastic badges are billed as two runs of 100, not one run of 200.
Do samples include all four materials?
They can. You choose which materials to include on the samples page, from one to all four, and we post them free.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production is 3 days for laminated and classic paper and 4 days for plastic and durable paper, counted from order confirmation.
DHL Express adds 1-2 business days within Europe, the UK and Switzerland, and 3-5 to the US.
What is the minimum order quantity?
50 badges for laminated, plastic and classic paper. Durable paper starts at 100 units because of how the two-layer material is produced. There is no maximum.
