What should a conference badge show besides the name?
Name first, then job title and organisation. Delegates read badges to decide who to approach, so those two lines do real work.
We print them large enough to read at conversational distance, and double-sided so the badge stays legible when it turns on the lanyard.
Can you print separate badges for speakers, sponsors and delegates?
Yes. Add a badge-type column to your list and send one artwork per role, set up on our design templates.
Speakers, sponsors, delegates and staff come back in their own colours, collated into a single delivery.
Can a conference badge include a QR code?
Yes. We can print a unique QR code on every badge, alongside the name, title and company.
We print names, data and codes directly from your spreadsheet, one row per delegate, so whatever you can put in a column we can put on the badge.
Do you handle day passes and single-day delegates?
Yes. Give each pass tier its own type or colour in your list and we match it, so a one-day delegate and a full-programme delegate are told apart on sight.
How many conference badges can I order, and how fast?
Up to 2,000 are priced instantly, or 2,500 for Laminated Badges, with larger runs quoted on request, usually the same business day.
Laminated Badges are produced in 3 days, then shipped on a tracked DHL Express service.
What about delegates who register late or walk in?
Finalise your list as late as you can and we produce against it.
For anyone who registers after that, we print blank badges in the same design, ready to use on the day.
Can you deliver to the venue or conference hotel?
Yes. DHL Express delivers tracked to your office, the venue or the conference hotel.
Give us the address and the date the badges must arrive, and we schedule production backwards from it. When to order shows how the timing works.
Are lanyards included?
Lanyards are a per-badge add-on, so you only pay for what you need.
Plain Lanyards are in stock and ship with the badges; Custom Printed Lanyards take 8-10 days to produce.
