Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed with BadgeGo. By confirming an order, you agree to them. If anything here conflicts with a written quote we have sent you, the quote wins.

Who we are

BadgeGo is operated by Check Ventures OÜ, registered in Estonia (company no. 12623315, VAT EE101759108), Pilve 6, 10122 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: hello@badgego.com.

We sell to businesses and organisations. Our products are made to order for events, so the consumer right to cancel within 14 days does not apply to them.

Quotes and prices

Prices on the website and in instant quotes are per badge and exclude VAT. Delivery is charged per order and shown as a separate line in your quote, as is VAT where it applies. A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.

An order is confirmed when we accept it in writing, by email or invoice.

Your artwork and data

You supply the artwork and badge data (such as attendee names, titles and companies). You are responsible for its accuracy, including spelling, and for having the right to use any logos, images or personal data in it.

We check every file for size, bleed, resolution and colour before printing. A digital proof is sent if you ask for one. When you approve a proof, you accept the content as shown, and errors that appear in an approved proof are not treated as our mistake.

Colours can vary slightly between screens and print, and between materials. Pantone matching is available on request.

Payment

We accept bank transfer, Stripe payment links and Wise. For new customers, payment is due before production starts. Customers who have agreed invoice terms with us pay within the period stated on the invoice.

Production and delivery

Production times on the website are counted in business days and start once the order is confirmed and, where applicable, paid. Delivery is by DHL Express or another tracked courier.

Delivery dates are estimates. We plan around your event date and tell you straight away if something puts it at risk, but we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our control.

For deliveries outside the EU, including the UK, we ship duties paid: import VAT and duties are included in your quote, and nothing is charged on arrival.

Changes and cancellations

We produce your order exactly as confirmed, so please check your artwork and attendee list before you send them. If you find a problem after confirming, or need to cancel, tell us straight away. We will tell you what is still possible and whether it affects the price or the date. Once badges are printed, an order cannot be cancelled, and any changes are treated as a new order.

If something is wrong

If badges arrive damaged, defective, or different from your approved proof or supplied data because of our error, we will either reprint and reship the affected badges at our cost, or refund them. You choose which.

We cannot accept returns of correctly made badges, because they are personalised for your event.

Samples

Sample packs are sent free of charge and are for evaluating materials only.

Liability

Our total liability for an order is limited to the price of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or the cost of an event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

How we handle personal data, including attendee lists, is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Estonia, unless you and we agree otherwise.
