Most print shops take badge orders alongside everything else they produce. We print only event badges and the lanyards that go with them. Our schedule, our materials and our team are all set up around one goal: a box of correct, personalised badges at the venue before doors open.

How our service works
We plan every order backwards from your event date.

Tell us about the event
How many people, how many days, where. We can recommend a material, size and finish to suit it.

Send artwork and your list
Send your artwork and your attendee list as a spreadsheet. We set the names, job titles and any QR codes from it.

We print it
Production takes 3–5 days from order confirmation, depending on badge type and size. A digital proof is available on request.
- 04
Delivered before setup
Tracked DHL Express: 1–2 business days in Europe, 3–5 to the US. Badges arrive sorted and ready to hand out.

We check your date before we confirm. If it's too close to deliver safely, we'll tell you, not take the risk.
Your data and attendee list stay confidential
We never sell it, share it or use it for marketing, and we delete it 30 days after delivery.

Shipping is a flat DHL Express rate per order, shown on your quote before you order.
Orders to the UK, Switzerland and the US ship DDP, delivered duty paid. We handle the customs paperwork and pay any duty and import VAT before it ships, so the figure on your quote is the whole cost. Nobody at your office is asked to pay a courier to release the box.

If you can't find what you're looking for, get in touch.
Do you make anything other than event badges?
No. Badges and the lanyards that go with them are the only things we produce. We do not print brochures, signage or merchandise, and we do not run registration software.
How far ahead do I need to order?
Production is 3 days for laminated and Classic Paper badges and 4 days for plastic and Durable Paper, counted from order confirmation, with DHL Express transit on top. Custom-printed lanyards take 8-10 days, so order those first if you want everything in one box.
Can I see the materials before I order?
Yes. Samples are free. Choose the materials you're considering on the samples page and we post them to you. They take roughly a week to arrive within Europe.
Can we pay on account?
Yes, for regular customers. We invoice with agreed payment terms instead of asking for payment upfront. Most of our work is repeat orders, and with your artwork and specification on file, a returning event needs only a new name list and a date.
