Are there setup, design or personalisation fees?
No. Per-badge prices are the whole price: personalisation with names and data, double-sided printing and multiple design files in one order are all included. What the table says is what the badge costs.
What do orders above the listed quantities cost?
The volume pricing keeps going, it just stops being instant. Above the top table tier, request a quote and we'll price the run manually, usually within a business day.
Is there a minimum order?
50 badges for laminated, plastic and classic paper. Durable paper starts at 100 units because of how the two-layer material is produced.
Do your prices include VAT?
No. All listed prices exclude VAT. Any VAT due is added where applicable and shown as a separate line on your quote.
Do the prices include lanyards?
No, lanyards are a per-badge add-on so you only pay for them if you need them. Plain Lanyards are in stock and ship with your badges; Custom Printed Lanyards take 8-10 days to produce.
How much is delivery?
Tracked DHL Express at a flat rate per order.
- Europe: €21, or €24 with lanyards.
- UK and Switzerland: €29, with or without lanyards.
- US: €29, or €34 with lanyards.
Shipping elsewhere is possible, get in touch with your destination and we confirm the cost.

Why is the large size slightly more expensive?
More material, more ink. Small A7 badges (74x105mm) carry most events fine; the large size earns its premium when names need to be readable from further away, like expo aisles.
