What you receive
The simplest badge we make, and the one with the smallest footprint. Each badge is strong 300+ gsm paper with a smooth surface, printed in full colour on both sides, with no lamination and no plastic anywhere. When the event ends, it goes in any paper bin.

To ensure graphic elements go from edge to edge, they need to extend 3 mm past the final badge size. The highlighted ring is that extra 3 mm.
This is the final badge size, where we trim. Every cut can drift about 1 mm, so designs need bleed outside this line and a safety margin inside it.
Keep names, logos, and text at least 5 mm inside the cut line. Anything closer to the edge can get clipped when the cut drifts.

- Choose your style: Keep it classic with our 10mm plain tubular lanyards, or add your brand to 20mm flat polyester with full-colour, double-sided printing.
- Clips & hardware: Plain lanyards come with a secure breakaway hook as standard. For printed lanyards, choose one or two attachment points and a swivel hook, parrot hook or crocodile clip.
- Convenient delivery: Your lanyards ship in the same box as your badges.

How quickly can I get paper event badges?
Production takes 3 business days depending on quantity.
DHL Express transit adds 1 business day in most of Europe and 2 days for the UK and remote locations.

How do attendees recycle the badges?
Any paper bin. There's no lamination or plastic layer, so nothing needs separating.
Will a paper badge last the whole event?
A full day indoors, comfortably. For a 2-4 day event choose our Durable Paper Badges, and for outdoor or wet conditions choose laminated.
Are these your cheapest badges?
Yes. At 1,000+ units they're €0.85 per badge, the lowest price we print at.
Can paper badges include names and QR codes?
