Send one spreadsheet. Every badge comes back printed with that attendee's name, job title and company, set in your design. No mail-merge template, no printing station at registration, and nobody's Managing Director walking around with a handwritten sticker.
The list is processed inside the EU, used to print your badges, and used for nothing else.
Printed personalisation also helps at the door. A badge carrying a name, company and your design is harder to share or fake than a generic visitor pass, and check-in staff hand badges out in seconds instead of writing them one by one.

- Shipped DDP, delivered duty paid. We clear customs and pay any duty and import VAT, so the quote is the whole cost and no courier invoice follows.

- Your list is processed inside the EU, used to print the badges and for nothing else.
- Payment
- Bank transfer or credit card.

Can every badge have a different name, title and company on it?
Yes, that's the standard product, not an add-on. Send your attendee list as a spreadsheet and every badge is printed with the exact name, job title and company you provide, in your design, on both sides if you want.
What do most companies order for a conference or summit?
Laminated Badges, A7 size, with names and companies printed. They hold up across a multi-day agenda, need no separate holder, and stay presentable in photos. Teams hosting clients or leadership often upgrade to Plastic Badges for the heavier, keepsake feel.
Can the badges follow our brand guidelines?
Fully. Badges are printed in full colour on both sides from your artwork, so exact brand colours, logos and typography carry over. If you don't have a design ready, start from one of our templates and adapt it.
What about late registrations after we've sent the list?
Plan a buffer. Most organisers add 5-10% extra badges for walk-ins and late sign-ups: either printed with a generic role like Guest, or left blank for a marker. It costs little at volume and saves the check-in desk on the day.
Do we need to order holders or lanyards separately?
No holders, ever. The badge is the finished product with the hole punched, ready to wear. Lanyards can ship in the same box: Plain Lanyards are in stock, Custom Printed Lanyards take 8-10 days to produce.
How far ahead should we order for a company event?
Production takes 3 days for laminated and Classic Paper badges and 4 days for plastic and Durable Paper, plus express shipping.
Ordering a week before the event is comfortable; two weeks removes all stress and leaves room for a sample round first.
What happens to our attendee data?
Your list is used to produce your badges and nothing else, and it is deleted 30 days after delivery. A data processing agreement is available on request. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
