How do I order conference badges?

Use our design templates, send us your artwork and attendee list as an Excel file or a Google Sheets link.

Production takes 3-4 business days from confirmation, and DHL Express delivers in 1-2 business days anywhere in Europe and the UK.

No sales call at any step.

Is there a minimum order?

50 badges for laminated, plastic and classic paper. Durable paper starts at 100 units because of how the two-layer material is produced.

How much do event name badges cost?

The price per badge starts from €0.85 and depends on material, size and quantity. Every material and quantity tier is on the pricing page or you can request a quote.

Are there setup, design or personalisation fees?

No. The per-badge price covers personalisation with names and data, double-sided printing, and multiple design files in one order.

How long does production take for each material?

3 business days for laminated and classic paper, 4 for plastic, 4 for durable paper, counted from when we confirm your order. DHL Express transit is on top of that.

Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?

Tracked DHL Express at a flat rate per order.

  • Europe: €21, or €24 with lanyards.
  • UK and Switzerland: €29, with or without lanyards.
  • US: €29, or €34 with lanyards.

Shipping elsewhere is possible, get in touch with your destination and we confirm the cost.

Can you print QR codes or barcodes on the badges?

Yes. We can print a unique QR code or barcode on every badge, alongside the name, title and company, from the same attendee list.

Do you have plastic-free or recyclable badges?

Yes. Our paper badges are fully plastic-free and go in a paper bin whole, with nothing to peel apart.

They come in two variants: classic for single-day events, and durable, a thicker two-layer paper that holds up for 2-4 days of wear.

Do you provide lanyards?

Lanyards are a separate add-on, so you only pay for them if you need them.

Plain Lanyards are in stock and ship with your badges. Custom Printed Lanyards take 8-10 days to produce, so order them earlier.
