Two materials: plastic for the tour, laminated for the show
Both are personalised per holder and colour-coded per tier. Pick by how long the credential has to last.
Plastic Badges
The tour standard. Credit-card thickness, glossy on both sides, made to be worn every night for months of dates.
From €1.35 / pass at volume · Production 4 days
Plastic event badges →
Laminated Badges
The single-show pass. Faster to produce, cheaper at volume, and tough enough for a festival weekend of hard use.
From €1.05 / pass at volume · Production 3 days
Laminated event badges →Backstage passes that read at a distance
Backstage security rarely happens at reading distance. A working credential system is colour first, words second: security learns on day one that red goes everywhere and yellow stops at the pit, and after that checks happen at walking pace. Your tiers, your colours, printed so they hold up under bad light.
Names close the other gap. An anonymous pass is a pass that gets lent to a friend at the barrier; one printed with a name gets checked once, remembered, and never argued about. Each pass can also carry a unique number or QR code, so a lost or revoked credential can be identified at the door.
The credential tiers productions print
Six tiers, six designs, one order from one list:
All Access (AAA)
Opens every door on the production, so it always carries a name.
Artist
Stage, dressing rooms, catering. Distinct from crew so runners know who's who.
Crew
The biggest run. Worn from load-in to load-out, so it has to survive real work.
Press / Photo
High-visibility colours, so pit access is clear before anyone reads a word.
Guest
Front of house access only, stated plainly on the pass.
Promoter / Production
Every zone, for the people running the show.
Plastic vs laminated for concert credentials
Same personalisation on both. Pick by how long the production runs.

Which pass fits your production?
Full tour, months on the road
One run of passes covers every date, printed once and worn to the last one.
Plastic →Single show or festival slot
Produced in 3 days and priced for a single event, without giving up the personalisation.
Laminated →Mixed: crew for the run, guests per night
Plastic AAA and crew passes for the tour, laminated guest passes printed per city.
Plastic + laminated →Badges for the crew, wristbands for the crowd
We print badges, not wristbands. Wristbands are ticketing: they get an audience through a gate once. Badges are credentials: they get named people through the right doors for the length of the run.
For crew, artists, press and guests, you are in the right place. For audience wristbands in the tens of thousands, you need a wristband printer, and it is better to know that before you request a quote.

Concert badge questions
If you can't find what you're looking for, get in touch.
What's the difference between concert badges and wristbands?
Wristbands are for the audience, badges are for everyone working the show: crew, artists, press, promoters and guests who need to be recognised at a door. We print badges, not wristbands, and the two do different jobs.
Can passes be personalised so they can't be shared?
Yes. Each pass is printed individually, so it can carry the holder's name, role and a unique number or QR code. A named AAA pass gets checked once and remembered; an anonymous one gets borrowed.
Will a pass survive a full tour?
Plastic passes are made for it: credit-card thickness, glossy laminate on both sides, worn daily and stuffed into pockets for months. Most crews keep theirs at the end, which tells you how they hold up.
How fast can we get passes before a show?
Laminated passes take 3 days to produce, plastic 4 days, and both ship with tracked DHL Express. Tight but honest: if the show is this weekend and it's Wednesday, call before ordering.
Do you print press and photo passes?
Yes, they're the same product with a different job. Most productions put press and photo in loud, unmissable colours so security can enforce the pit rules without reading anything.
Can lanyards ship in the same box as the passes?
Yes. Plain Lanyards are in stock and ship with your passes; custom printed tour lanyards take 8-10 days to produce, so order those with more lead time.
