The events we print VIP badges for

Most VIP orders are small and precise: 50 to 300 names, confirmed late, checked one by one.

Galas and awards nights

Formal names and patron tiers, on a badge that appears in every photo.

Launches and premieres

Press, partners and guests on separate tiers, printed from one list.

VIP tiers inside conferences

A heavier badge above the main run, in the same design.

Executive dinners and retreats

Short lists of senior names, checked one by one. From 50 badges.

Sponsor and partner hospitality

Named credentials for the people funding the event.

Openings and private views

Guest lists that confirm the week of the event. The process allows for it.

What makes a badge read as VIP

Thickness, mostly. A 0.75mm plastic badge has the weight and stiffness of a bank card, and that registers the moment it's handed over, before anyone reads a word. Laminated Badges make the same point more quietly: a matte surface, precise print, no plastic holder.

The rest is restraint. VIP badges carry less than standard event badges: a name set large, one tier word, your branding, printed in full colour on both sides and nothing else competing for the space.

Built for guest lists that confirm late

VIP lists change until days before the event, so send yours once it is final. Production is short enough to wait for it: 3 days for laminated, 4 days for plastic, then tracked DHL Express transit. We plan the ship-out date backwards from your event date and tell you the last day to send the list.

Every badge is printed from your spreadsheet: the name, the tier, the number, exactly as sent. A printed name tells a guest the event knew they were coming, and that is the entire job of a VIP badge.

Some guest lists are sensitive. Yours is used to print the badges and for nothing else: never shared, never kept for marketing.

What goes on a VIP badge

The guest's name, set large, and your event branding come as standard on every badge we print. These are the four things VIP orders add:

Tier marker

VIP, All Access, Patron. One word, set large enough that door staff read it across a room.

Unique number

Numbered badges make the guest list checkable at the door, no scanner required.

Fast-track QR code

A per-guest code for a separate entrance or lounge check-in, printed from your spreadsheet.

Perks on the back

Both sides print, so the back can list lounge access, drink allowances and a host's phone number.

The lanyard is part of the badge

Custom-printed lanyards carry your event branding and take 8-10 days to produce, so we start them first and ship badges and lanyards in one box. Plain lanyards in nine colours are the faster option, and a separate lanyard colour is the simplest VIP marker there is.

VIP badge questions

If you can't find what you're looking for, get in touch.

How small can a VIP badge order be?

50 badges. VIP lists are short by definition, and the minimum is built for that. A gala with 60 named guests is a normal order, not a special request.

Can each VIP badge carry a name and a unique number?

Yes. Every badge is printed individually from your list, so each one can carry the guest's name, a tier marker and a unique number or QR code. Numbered badges make the guest list checkable at the door, one badge per name.

Which material feels most premium in the hand?

Plastic. It's the thickness of a credit card at 0.75mm, glossy on both sides, and it has real weight in the hand. If your event calls for understatement, matte Laminated Badges are the quieter option.

Can we print perks or access details on the back?

Both sides are printed, so the back can list lounge access, drink allowances, a venue map or a host's phone number. VIP guests shouldn't have to ask what their badge gets them.

Can VIP badges look different from our standard attendee badges?

That's the usual setup: one order, one guest list, and the VIP group gets its own colour or design so staff can spot it across the room.

How fast can VIP badges arrive?

Plastic Badges take 4 days to produce, laminated 3 days, and both ship with tracked DHL Express. A week of lead time is comfortable for most guest lists.
